Under Pressure Washing LLC provides exterior cleaning and pressure-washing services, which may include house washing, siding cleaning, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, concrete cleaning, gutter exterior cleaning, soffit and fascia cleaning, and other related exterior cleaning services.
Services may involve pressure washing, soft washing, surface cleaning, detergents, soaps, sodium hypochlorite-based cleaning solutions, rinsing, and other professional exterior-cleaning methods depending on the surface and condition.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of the estimate, including photos, customer descriptions, surface condition, property access, water availability, size of the work area, staining, buildup, and visible job conditions.
Final pricing may change if the actual job conditions are different from what was shown, described, or visible during the estimate. Examples include larger-than-reported areas, heavy buildup, oil stains, rust stains, oxidation, paint failure, drainage issues, difficult access, safety concerns, lack of water access, or additional requested services.
Under Pressure Washing LLC has the right to revise or withdraw a quote before work begins if job conditions are different than expected.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Before service begins, the customer should:
· Move vehicles, furniture, planters, grills, toys, decorations, doormats, loose items, and fragile items away from the work area.
· Close and secure all windows and doors.
· Notify us of any known leaks, damaged siding, loose fixtures, faulty seals, electrical issues, failing paint, damaged screens, loose trim, or other known property concerns.
· Keep children and pets away from the work area during service and until surfaces are dry and safe.
· Provide access to an exterior water source unless other arrangements are made in advance.
· Make sure gates, fences, and access points are unlocked or available.
· Identify any sensitive plants, landscaping, ponds, outdoor electrical fixtures, cameras, outlets, decorations, or surfaces that require special care.
Under Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for delays, incomplete work, or additional costs caused by lack of access, locked gates, unavailable water, unsafe conditions, or failure to prepare the property.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer agrees to provide access to a working exterior water spigot with adequate water flow. The customer is responsible for normal water usage related to the service.
If water access is unavailable, restricted, shut off, or insufficient, we may reschedule the job, revise the price, or charge a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Pressure washing and exterior cleaning can greatly improve the appearance of many surfaces, but results are not guaranteed to restore every surface to a “like new” condition.
Some stains or conditions may not fully remove, including but not limited to:
· Rust stains
· Oil stains
· Battery acid stains
· Irrigation stains
· Paint stains
· Efflorescence
· Oxidation
· Tiger striping on gutters
· Artillery fungus
· Deep organic staining
· Mold or algae embedded below the surface
· Failing paint or coatings
· Aged concrete discoloration
· Previous chemical damage
· Permanent discoloration from age, wear, or material defects
Customer understands that cleaning results depend on surface age, material, condition, prior maintenance, staining type, drainage, sun exposure, and other factors outside our control.
Customer agrees that Under Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, including but not limited to:
· Loose or damaged siding
· Oxidized siding or gutters
· Failing paint or stain
· Loose trim
· Cracked concrete
· Deteriorated wood
· Damaged screens
· Leaking windows or doors
· Poor caulking
· Loose mortar
· Damaged roof shingles
· Loose fixtures
· Faulty electrical outlets or lights
· Improperly sealed doors or windows
· Poor drainage
· Previously damaged surfaces
Exterior cleaning may reveal existing damage or discoloration that was hidden by dirt, algae, mold, or oxidation. The customer understands that this is not damage caused by Under Pressure Washing LLC.
Some services may use cleaning solutions, soaps, detergents, sodium hypochlorite-based cleaners, surfactants, or other exterior-cleaning products. Under Pressure Washing LLC takes reasonable steps to protect surrounding areas, which may include wetting plants before service, rinsing plants after service, controlling runoff where practical, and using appropriate cleaning methods.
Customer must notify us before service of sensitive plants, ponds, garden areas, specialty landscaping, damaged vegetation, or areas of concern.
Under Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for plant or landscaping issues caused by pre-existing plant stress, drought, disease, improper watering, customer failure to identify sensitive areas, or conditions outside our control. We will use reasonable care, but no cleaning process is entirely risk-free.
Exterior cleaning services may be affected by rain, lightning, high wind, freezing temperatures, extreme heat, unsafe surfaces, water restrictions, or other conditions.
Under Pressure Washing LLC has the right to delay, stop, or reschedule service if we determine that weather, property conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns make it unsafe or unsuitable to perform the work.
Weather-related rescheduling by Under Pressure Washing LLC will not result in a customer cancellation fee.
Customers should contact Under Pressure Washing LLC as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service appointment will not be charged a cancellation fee.
If the customer cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, misses the appointment, fails to provide access, fails to provide water access, or is not ready for service, Under Pressure Washing LLC may charge a cancellation fee or retain part or all of any deposit paid.
Under Pressure Washing LLC may require a deposit to reserve an appointment, purchase materials, hold a time slot, or schedule labor.
Deposits are applied toward the final service balance. Deposits may be refundable if the customer cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable if the customer cancels late, fails to provide access, fails to provide water access, causes the job to be delayed, or otherwise prevents the scheduled work from being completed.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other written payment terms are agreed to in advance.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, Zelle, Apple Pay, online payment link, or other approved payment methods.
If payment is not received when due, Under Pressure Washing LLC may charge reasonable late fees, collection costs, returned payment fees, or other amounts allowed by law.
Customer agrees to pay for all approved services, added services, and any additional work requested or authorized by the customer.
Any work not included in the original quote may result in additional charges. Additional services must be approved by the customer before being performed, unless the additional work is minor, necessary to complete the agreed service, or otherwise agreed by the parties.
Examples of additional work may include larger areas, extra surfaces, heavy buildup, stain treatment, rust removal, oil stain treatment, gutter brightening, moving items, or returning for additional service.
Under Pressure Washing LLC stands behind its work with a 100% customer satisfaction commitment.
If the customer has a concern about completed work, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of service completion and provide a description of the concern and, when possible, photos.
We will review the concern and may, at our discretion, offer a touch-up, re-cleaning of the affected area, partial refund, credit, or another reasonable solution.
This satisfaction commitment does not guarantee removal of permanent stains, oxidation, pre-existing damage, surface defects, paint failure, rust, oil, irrigation stains, or other conditions that cannot reasonably be corrected through standard pressure-washing or soft-washing methods.
Under Pressure Washing LLC may take before-and-after photos or videos of exterior work areas for documentation, quality control, estimates, invoices, advertising, website content, social media, or marketing.
We will not intentionally publish private personal information such as full names, phone numbers, email addresses, license plates, or house numbers in marketing photos without permission.
If the customer does not want photos used for marketing, the customer should notify us in writing before service begins.
By contacting Under Pressure Washing LLC, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or scheduling service, the customer agrees that we may contact them by phone, text message, email, or other reasonable communication methods regarding estimates, scheduling, service updates, invoices, payment, follow-up, and related business matters.
Customers may opt out of non-essential marketing communications by contacting us or replying STOP to text messages where that option is available.
Under Pressure Washing LLC reserves the right to refuse, pause, or stop service if we determine that:
· Conditions are unsafe
· The requested work may damage the property
· The customer requests improper or unsafe methods
· Water access is inadequate
· The property is not ready for service
· The customer is abusive, threatening, or unreasonable
· Required payment, deposit, access, or approval is not provided
· The job conditions are materially different from the original quote
If service is stopped or refused for these reasons, customer may still be responsible for work already performed, materials used, travel, setup time, or other reasonable charges.
Any claim of damage must be reported to Under Pressure Washing LLC within 48 hours of service completion. The customer must allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the alleged damage before repairs, replacement, or third-party work is performed.
Under Pressure Washing LLC is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, defective materials, improper installation, lack of maintenance, hidden defects, poor drainage, failing paint, oxidation, loose fixtures, faulty electrical components, leaky seals, or customer failure to disclose known issues.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Under Pressure Washing LLC’s liability for any claim related to services shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Under Pressure Washing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of enjoyment, lost profits, or other damages not directly caused by our proven negligence.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Where applicable, customers may have cancellation rights under federal, Illinois, or local law. For certain sales made at a customer’s home or certain other locations, the customer may have three business days to cancel the transaction. Under Illinois rules, certain customers age 65 or older may have additional cancellation rights for qualifying home repair contracts signed at the customer’s home.
Under Pressure Washing LLC will honor cancellation rights required by applicable law.
For residential work over $1,000 that may be considered home repair or remodeling under Illinois law, Under Pressure Washing LLC may provide a written contract or work order and the required “Home Repair: Know Your Consumer Rights” information before work begins.
Customers are encouraged to review all estimates, work orders, and service terms before authorizing work.
Cleaning may remove visible dirt, algae, mold, mildew, or organic growth, but it does not guarantee that organic growth will not return. Future growth depends on shade, moisture, weather, drainage, trees, surface condition, and maintenance.
